Mechanized columns
The work is driven by specialized equipment organized into columns. Depending on conditions and purpose, columns are divided into light and heavy.
Capacity
Five columns, sixteen bulldozers
Bulldozer-based cable layers place cable at a depth of 120 cm. In light soils a heavy column splits into parallel groups - output rises without losing support.
| Column | Soils | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Light column | categories 1-2 | up to 30 km | up to 600 km |
| Coupled heavy columns | categories 3-4 | up to 40 km | up to 900 km |
| Heavy column | category 5 | up to 10 km | up to 200 km |
| Total fleet: 5 columns · 16 bulldozers | up to 1 700 km/month | ||
Heavy columns operate regardless of weather. Data: company production program.

Obstacles
Rivers, roads and difficult sections
Where a column cannot pass, the cable goes under the obstacle or is laid by trench method.
HDD · directional drilling
Drill rigs cover long distances under major obstacles: rivers, woodland, railway beds, parks.
Pipe jacking · bore
Specialized rigs for short crossings: sidewalks, carriageways and other small obstacles.
Trench method
For hard-to-reach sections where a bulldozer cannot work. Also: КОД installation, route berming, HDD pits.
